Cool down.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Finely chop the green onion and crab meat and chop the nori leaves (I cut them with scissors).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place rice, rice vinegar, chopped crab meat, green onions, chopped nori leaves, sesame seeds, mayonnaise (or cream cheese) in a bowl and mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Make small balls (30 g) with your hands. You will need a little patience, but it is worth it.
