Then turn it upside down - with the baking paper up (on another baking paper) and carefully remove it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In the meantime, prepare the cream - blend cottage cheese with milk into a homogeneous mass, add Philadelphia cream cheese, fresh Ricotta cheese, sweetener, vanilla. But do it very carefully - do not beat too hard, because the ricotta can curdle. It&#039;s better to just stir with a spoon or a silicone spatula.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Spread the meringue biscuit with cream, arrange raspberries on top, and roll it up.
