Spread the cut slices on the table surface, cover with salt and leave for 20-30 minutes while the water comes out. When the minced meat starts to brown, add finely chopped onion and 3 chopped cloves of garlic. Add tomato pieces and saute everything together. At the end, remove the lid so that excess water evaporates better.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Prepared cheese mass \u2013 put culinary curd (or Ricotta cheese), egg, grated hard cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl, mix everything.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a separate bowl, grate\/finely chop the Mozzarella cheese.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Spread the bottom of the lasagna dish with adjika (20 g). Heat the oven to 180 degrees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Arrange the lasagna layers - start with the meat layer (put 1\/2 of the fried mass), then put the zucchini slices, put 1\/2 of the ricotta cheese mass on top of them.
