While the filling is being prepared, put it in the refrigerator (for 20 minutes).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Blend currants with sweetener. Add cornstarch. Mix everything.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a separate container, blend the egg with cooking curd and sweetener.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and put it in tartlet molds (I have silicone molds, but you can make them directly on the baking sheet by making \"sides\" with your hands).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put the currants mixed with starch in the middle (also divide into 3 equal parts. I got 3-4 spoons for each).  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-image\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Spoon over a beaten egg with cottage cheese, sweetener and vanilla.
