I melt it in 20-second pulses in the microwave. (I blended them a little more).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the cooled mango jelly to the mass and mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Assemble the cake<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place 1-half of the cut sponge cake on the base. Soak with a mixture of apricot jam and water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-image\" data-step=\"Step 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place an acetate sheet and a metal pastry ring around it. Soak it with a mixture of apricot jam and water. Add sweetener and turmeric as needed. Cook and whisk with a blender.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 16\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Melt the swollen gelatin and add it to the mango puree.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 17\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Take the cake out of the refrigerator and pour the mango mixture on top.
