Or divide into equal parts and level each part by pressing down the cross-shaped pattern with a fork.<br \/>\nI also smeared it with egg and sprinkled it with the erythritol-cinnamon mixture.<\/p>\n<p>p.s. If the finished cookies are stored at room temperature, they will dry out and remain crispy.
