At least 3 times<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Rinse the washed rice in a saucepan and add water 550 g.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Bring the rice to a medium heat: as soon as the rice boils, cut the heat to a low heat and boil \/ steam under the lid for ~ 15-20 minutes (until the water evaporates).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>While the rice is boiling, prepare the rice marinade: pour rice vinegar into a dish, add sugar (or sweetener), dissolve the salt and stir. Can be put to reheat in the microwave, then it will be faster. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the cooled marinade to the hot rice. Divide the rice into 3 equal parts (320 g).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cut cucumbers and salmon into small cubes. Avocado is also cut into small cubes, but immediately sprinkled with lemon juice so that the avocado does not turn black.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Fold the leaves several times and grind them by hand - add it to one of the parts of the cooled rice. Stir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Toast the black sesame seeds in a pan and add the second third of the cooked rice. Stir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mix 200 g of Philadelphia light cream cheese with 200 g of &quot;White&quot; cream cheese and 10 g of Teriyaki sauce. I filled this mixed mass into a pastry bag - it is easier to cover the surface of the cake evenly.<\/p>\n<p>For decoration (surface spreading and roses), mix 75 g of cream cheese &quot;White&quot; with 75 g of cream cheese &quot;Philadelphia light&quot; (without Teriyaki sauce). The mixed mass is also filled into a pastry bag.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Assemble the cake<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-image\" data-step=\"Step 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>I use a pastry metal ring, which I put on a plate on which I will serve on the table.
