Add squeezed garlic, lemon juice, salt and all other spices. Mix everything.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Peel, cut all the vegetables and place them (except for the broccoli and peppers, which are added later) in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the prepared sauce and mix\/stir thoroughly with your hands so that all the vegetables are coated with the sauce.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Fry the vegetables in a very hot pan for 5-6 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add a little water, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer. Stir occasionally.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>When the vegetables are half-cooked, add the peppers and broccoli.
