Cut into small cubes kale and celery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Chop the onion, garlic and lightly fry in a pan (the pan is minimally smeared with 3g of oil).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>When the pears boil, add the mushrooms. Bring to the boil again and cook for ~ 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add chopped kale and celery, frozen vegetables, fried onions, garlic, salt, pepper and spices of your choice.
