Drain off any excess water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>While the groats are cooking, chop the onions and fry them in a pan with oil (10 g).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Grate the carrots and slice the mushrooms. Add them to the pan with the onions. Fry\/ saut\u00e9 until ready, then season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the cooked pearl barley to the mushrooms and vegetables.
