I like to do this (marinate meat) the night before. Add chicken fillet pieces, stir fry. I use a deep fryer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add 2 packs of frozen vegetables, curry paste, turmeric, salt, coconut milk. Put the lid on the pan and saut\u00e9 over medium heat for another 7 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put the pot with water and bring to a boil. Put 1 sachet of &quot;Smart Grains&quot; in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes (according to the instructions). Is prepared any other cereals 90 g. The finished grains are removed from the water, drained and released from the bag.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a pan with meat and vegetables add 50 g of wholemeal couscous, mix and saut\u00e9 for another 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>When the couscous is ready, add the finished &quot;Smart Grains&quot; to the pan.
