Put &quot;Smart Grains&quot; in it and cook for 12 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put the salmon in a pan, pour a little water, put the lid on the pan and saut\u00e9 it soft.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In another pan, fry 5 g of oil, chopped onion and garlic. Add frozen vegetables, a little water, spices and saut\u00e9 ready.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the boiled grains, squeezed salmon (or tuna) into pieces, mix everything and cook for another ~ 3-4 minutes.
