Pumpkin pie with apricots and walnuts without eggs

Ingredients (baking mold diameter 16 cm)
 170 g Pumpkin puree
 190 g Herbal milk (I had almond ALPRO)
 150 g Whole wheat flour
 70 g Oat flakes
 50 g Dried apricots
 40 g Walnuts
 50 g Erythritol
 20 g Extra virgin olive oil
 10 g Baking powder
 2 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions

Stir and smooth the pumpkin.

Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, erythritol, chopped walnuts and apricots).

Add oil, milk to the pumpkin, mix and add to the dry ingredients.

Put in shape and bake at 170 degrees for ~ 50 minutes.

Wanted and asked for another pour over sugar-free chocolate icing, but still refrained from having less kcal.
