Spinach pasta with avocado - green peas and spinach sauce
A little different lunch than usual. I rarely ate pasta, but today, I really wanted to.
My fixed and delicious breakfast!
Peel an apple and a pumpkin, cut into pieces and saute. Blend.
Add eggs, natural yogurt, sweetener, blend again. Add flour with baking powder.
Pour the dough into a dish and place in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.
Or in the oven for ~ 40 minutes at ~ 170 degrees (look at the stove).
Finished chocolate sauce - RED chocolate is melted in milk. But you can also use some berry sauce (cook: berries + water + sweetener)
