Why can't I lose weight?

There are only 2 real reasons, why you can't lose your weight

  1. There is NO calorie deficit on your daily menu.
  2. You just think, that you are low in calories, but the truth is it is not a deficit at all.

I really do not want to offend anyone with my unbelief, but the fact remains the fact: laws of physics work….

I hear often: "I am already 100 times tried, I have counted, I have been eating only 900kcal for a year, but weight as still, it does not move …”.

You know, I have an unpleasant message for you – if you do not lose weight by being calorie deficient, so you are NOT calorie deficient. POINT.

Give up all your resentments, infidelity and just take and check your menu

No one has to live a life, lifelong counting calories. However. If your goal is REALLY to get rid of excess weight forever, be healthy and feel good - you still have to learn to count at least that, what you eat and understand the composition of the food you eat.

There is no other way. Just not. And will not.

Be honest. I don't care, or someone else - against yourself. Read everything, what to put in your mouth. At least a couple of months. Until the last mouthful. To understand, how many calories are there in one slice of bread, or innocent, a piece of dark chocolate. Or, not, You take it seriously, or smirk at your inability to lose weight by inciting incredible genetics and heredity….

Do not allow yourself to fall into "sin" on holidays and deviate from what you have started without counting what you have eaten. Don't put too much and drastic restrictions on yourself
